Treating Process:

Exhausting process: 0.1-0.8%(O.W.F.)  bath ratio: 1:10 -1:30,
temperature: 90 ~100ºC×30-40min → wash → dry.
The processing can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
One bath process of scouring H2O2 bleaching and whitening:
Dosage: 02.-0.8%(o.w.f.)    H2O2: 5-15g/L
Stabulizer: 1-5g/L         NaOH: 2-4g/L
Scouring agent: 0.5g/L      bath ratio: 1:10-30
temperature: 90 ~100ºC×30-40min → wash → dry
The processing can be adjusted according to the actual situation
